To View the History of a Work Request

The Workflow Manager tracks and stores all work request operations so that you can view a chronological history of the actions that have been applied to a particular work request. This list of actions is displayed in the Work Request History dialog box. Expanding an action in the list shows the properties of the work stage at that stage. If the work request has an attached design that has been optimized, the work request history includes the design cost before and after optimization.

The Work Request History dialog box is accessed by right-clicking a particular work request displayed in the My Work view.

In the My Work view, right-click the work request whose history you want to view and then choose History from the shortcut menu.
To view the properties of the work request for a particular state, click the plus sign of the action or double-click the name of the action.
